Two different remote light sources are available, a halogen light for the longer wavelengths, and a metal arc lamp for the UV. LED illumination is currently under development.

Halogen:

Available in 115 and 230 volt models.
Uses 150 watt EKE lamp.
Output port is 18.288mm (0.720 inches) internal diameter.
Utilizes regular glass fiber optic cables.

UV:

Universal power requirements.
Uses 120 watt Metal Halide bulb.
Built in shutter to reduce intensity.
Utilizes liquid light guides to prevent absorption of the UV.
